With over 18 years of experience in Southern Asia and the Far East, Mercury Design's expertise is in the production of bespoke garments and accessories. We have our own totally dedicated offices to monitor and QC all production in the region, ensuring the highest standards are met every day! Their objective is to prevent defects rather that to detect defects.

Services

Design: From your initial consultation all designs are visualised.

Sample:A full sealing samples procedure from red initial seals through to gold production seals is adhered to.

Manufacturing: Our highly qualified local personnel control every aspect of quality during production from yarn, fabric, dying, customisation and accessorising.

Quality Control: Providing a check station for monitoring the quality of the product at every stage - initial, on-line and finished goods stage as per the buyer's requirement and AQL from 1.5 to 3.

Timely Deliveries: Providing strict day-to-day follow-up for finished garments, fabrics, trims ensuring delivery dates are met.

Project management: From initial concept to delivery in the UK you will have your own project manager to ensure continuity and take responsibility for your order.
