Efficient Client Relations Department

We have focused in recent years on building a strong client relations team that focuses on maintaining relationships with suppliers of raw material, and most importantly, providing clients with accurate updates and information with regards to their order status, product quality, and delivery schedule, enabling early information on potential delivery and quality problems.

This trouble-shooting role is often overlooked, but is possibly the most important service of all.

Our experienced team of merchandisers and client relations professionals follow up on our orders by regularly maintaining communications between our clients, factories, and our offices. We also update our clients with regular production reports showing the status of their orders.

We have grown our business to match global best-practice requirements and standards in terms of ethical trading, labor laws, environmental standards, as well as more traditional requirements such as product quality and competitive pricing. We always deal with composite units with sound financial standing and have strong relationships with a number of financial institutions.
