We have an efficient marketing department who do sourcing from raw material to develop a new customer. As well as the responsibilities of providing the accurate information about the Order status, product quality, enabling early information on potential delivery and quality problems. This trouble-shooting role is often overlooked, but is probably the most important service of all.

Factory evaluation in accordance with the Customers requirement- we developed to match your requirements in terms of ethical trading, environmental standards and quality as well as price levels. We are a composite unit with sound financial back up and with pro-longed relationship with the financial institution.

Pricing/Quotation

We provide a very quick quotation service to our clients with all fabric and garment elements costed in and detailed on a pricing matrix.

Design, Product and fabric development

we will handle all your fabric and product sampling needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer in house computerized design service as well as free sampling on new product development.

Merchandising and Order follow up

Our experienced team of merchandisers follows up on our orders by regularly communicating in between the customers, factories and our offices. We also update our customers with regular "Production reports" showing the status of their orders.

Shipping and documentations

In our office we have Commercial Department where the personnel are fully conversant with shipping and documentation procedure; they will follow up as per each client’s requirements and dispatch the documents in right time for smooth flow of export and import formalities. We also provide the tracking of merchandise with the close inter-action with our shipping and freight forwarding companies.
