SELECTION AND PROCUREMENT OF YARN

This is the first and foremost important step in our production process. To maintain a certain standard we never compromise here. We know that the best yarn spun from the best fiber is the primary condition for quality of the fabric we manufacture. Our purchase and procurement team goes to anywhere to have the yarn that is needed for the particular fabric, the customer require.

KNITTING THE YARN INTO FABRIC

Our factories knitting section is equipped with highly sophisticated European circular knitting machines, and Stoll flat Knitting Machines, capable of producing these fabrics:

DYEING THE FABRIC

The Dyeing Section is equipped with European Over-Flow Type and high temperature dyeing machines. We never compromise in selecting the chemicals and dyes to maintain the criteria set up by the European and American countries. Moreover we always use the AZO-free chemical in our production.

DEWATERING AND DETWISTING

This process is done by in all our affiliated factories by European Manufactured machines which revolutionized the dewatering process. Its not only dewaters, it restores the loops of the fabric to their original shape.

DRYING AND RELAX FINISHING

As above all of our factories have dryer originated from Europe. Besides these machines outstanding drying capacity it is also a primarily a relax finishing machine. At the outlet of the machine, the fabrics is delivered tensionless and cooled down by ambient air.

CALENDARING

Basically all our affiliated factories have all their finishing from Europe to get the bets finishing effect on our Manufactured fabrics. Calendaring is done by deep steaming which means the steam is directly under pressure on the fabric, resulting optimum shrinkage. Besides the Calendar all the factories have compacting machine either from Europe or from USA origin.
They are the best available machines in the market. Our qualified technical people can compact a fabric to the customers requirement and satisfaction.

Equipped with all modern and new sewing machines, we produce in this section Basic T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Shorts, Trousers, Men's, Women's, Children's Designed Apparels, Nightwear’s, Undergarments.
